Who Qualifies?
To qualify for the the grant you must meet the following criteria:

Be an independently owned, for-profit business located in the State of Illinois 14th District
-
Operate in a brick and mortar storefront site in a commercial corridor in the District
-
Have started operations no later than 12/31/2023
-
Have no more than 25 Full-Time, W-2 Employees

What Do We Need to Apply?
To apply for the grant you will need the following items:

The business’ complete 2023 Income Tax return as submitted to IRS
-
Current City of Chicago business license
-
Secretary of State Certificate of Good Standing (if entity other than Sole Proprietor)

Current, valid, government issued identification document (drivers license, state ID, passport, citykey ID)
-
A security assessment done by the 24th Police District
-
You do not need to be in the 24th Police District to get a security assessment from them.​
